Starfish Health & Well being

There is a new learning and social initiative that has been organised by Wolverhampton Social Hub Groups some of which are ZOOM based sessions: Monday – Friday
Some of the topics are; A Healthier Me, Crafting Angels, LGBTQ+ Support Group, Proud Parents Support Group, Motivation, Assertiveness, Drama, Face to Face Mindful Meditation, Hoarding, Managing Anxiety.
