You can book your Covid-19 vaccines in different ways.
There will be NO vaccinations for Covid-19 taking place at Probert Road Surgery.
Please visit www.nhs.uk/covidvaccination to get yours booked in or call 119 (free of charge)
Patients who are housebound or in care homes have been & will continue to be accommodated by a separate arrangement. You will need your NHS number to book your vaccine.
Vaccine passports
Vaccine passports will be available on the NHS App or by calling 119 after 17th May. They are not provided by GP Surgeries.
Covid booster
Please call 119 or visit www.nhs.uk/book-covid-booster (for the 4th vaccine for those over 75 or other healthcare issues which require a spring 2022 booster) once you have received your letter from the NHS – You will need to show your letter at the vaccination centre prior to receiving your vaccine, so do not book unless you have received a letter.
Non-urgent advice: Notice
The Covid-19 vaccine is safe and effective and is available now, all vaccines have been approved by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) after months of testing. Approval means you can be sure that they meet strict safety standards and offer high levels of protection, it would not be approved for use by the MHRA if it wasnt safe and effective.
