Contacting the practice if you have Hearing Loss

If you are deaf or hard of hearing you may use RNID Typetalk number: 180015 (+ full number you wish to dial including area code)

Our staff will be happy to liaise with you regarding appointments and queries, please let us know your preference.
A hearing loop is located in reception, please advise if you wish to utilise this service.
The practice has cards in reception which you may find useful.

Contacting the Practice by email.

The practice welcomes email contact for ordering prescriptions.

Details required are your name, DOB, name of the drug, dose and strength of the medication required, this is due to safeguards in prescribing, for the safety of your healthcare professional and the safety of the patient.

As the email service is not constantly monitored by staff, please do not contact us by email to request appointments.
– Exceptions are for those patients who have hearing loss, are deaf or have a medical condition, where Dr Mittal has given express permission. This is documented on the patients records.

Appointments can be booked online, via the app, or by telephone.

If you wish to email the Practice Manager or GP/Nurse directly, please use the bcicb.probertroadsurgery@nhs.net and address the email to the appropriate person, and the reception team will forward the email.

We welcome feedback from patients about our service. It is encouraging to receive compliments but also important that we learn from your experience to make improvements. 
Please put your comments in the box in the surgery or complete the patient survey which can be collect from our reception area please ask for further information. 
If you have any concerns about any aspect of our service, please let us know. Your GP, our practice manager or our reception staff will be happy to help.
