Opening Hours for reception & phone lines
Calls are answered during 7.30 am – 6.30 pm weekdays. At all other times, there is an answerphone message to request that patients contact the appropriate Out of Hours service. Patients are able to contact NHS111 (24 hours a day, seven days a week.)
Reception will be open for telephone calls etc during the following times:
Monday: 7.30 am – 6.30 pm
Tuesday: 7.30 am – 6.30 pm
Wednesday: 7.30 am – 6.30 pm
Thursday: 7.30 am – 6.30 pm
Friday: 7.30 am – 6.30 pm
Appointments – All requests for appointments are managed by triage calls and are put through to speak to either the GP or nurse first to be assessed.
