Childhood immunisations

Please call the surgery to book an appointment, the walk-in clinics have been suspended, we are asking at this time if where possible only the child and parent/carer attend the appointment.

Prescription Requests

Please where possible email the surgery with your request including your name and date of birth to: or please use your right hand sided tick boxed prescription request or you can write you details along with your request and pop your request through our porch letter box which is at the front of the building.

We advise wherever possible if you would nominate a pharmacy, to send your prescription to, so that you are only travelling to one location for your items. You can set this up with your pharmacy of choice or we can assist you if you wish.

Are you a carer? – Please let us know if you care for a patient who is registered at this Practice or you care for someone else, even if the carer does not live in Wolverhampton.

Pharmacy First Minor Ailment Schemes ( What pharmacies can offer patients) Practice staff may suggest this as a first line course of treatment. There are leaflets in reception headed ‘ Prescribing of over the counter medicines is changing’ which outline clearly what can be prescribed. Please help the NHS to use resources sensibly.

New Building – The building will be demolished and re-built on the same site (further up nearer the demolished library & alley) the plans are still being discussed between the NHS and Wolverhampton council. We will publish further details when they are known and in the public domain.
